The purpose of Kanawha Garden Club Flower Show Committee is to organize, co-ordinate and staff in-club flower shows, in-club flower show workshops, and flower shows related to club fund-raisers that are open to the public.The purpose of Kanawha Garden Club Flower Show Committee is to organize, co-ordinate and staff in-club flower shows, in-club flower show workshops, and flower shows related to club fund-raisers that are open to the public.
The purpose of a flower show is threefold: to set standards of artistic and horticultural excellence; to broaden knowledge of horticulture, flower arrangement, conservation, and other related areas; and to share the beauty of a show with fellow club members and with the public.
